Purchase Information

一. Your order will be delivered by a local courier company, delivery will take an additional 2-4 business days after order confirmation.

三. All estimated delivery dates and times are estimates only. We will strive to ship as early as possible, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays or failure to deliver.

四. After receiving the goods, customers are kindly requested to check the items and quantities on the same day. Customers who receive the goods must check the types and quantities of the ordered goods with the delivery person in person. If the customer waives the right to check in person, and any problems are found with the goods afterwards, our company will not be responsible. We also do not accept any returns based on personal reasons.

五.No refunds will be accepted once the goods have left the premises, only exchanges. Exchange services are only applicable to goods that are not damaged by human factors or are incorrectly delivered.

六. Unless otherwise stated, the prices and other charges we provide are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change.

七. For pre-ordered items,ownership of the above items remains with our company until the payment is cleared or the check is cleared.

八.Returned or exchanged goods must retain the receipt, complete packaging, accessories, instructions, and warranty card(if any)。

九.All postage, courier charges, and related online payment fees incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

Warranty and Repair:

  1. Damage to goods caused by human factors such as wear and tear, cracking, ultraviolet radiation (natural wear and tear), improper use and negligence are not covered by the warranty.
  1. All repaired goods must be properly cleaned; any unclean goods will not be accepted for inspection and repair.
  1. Goods subject to the warranty terms have a one-year warranty period, during which the goods will be repaired free of charge. Products not covered by the warranty terms may be accepted for repair if repair is possible, but a repair fee will be charged. Products that do not meet the warranty and repair terms (such as man-made damage, negligence, accidents, self-modification, natural wear and tear, failure to use according to the instructions, expiration of the warranty period, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
  1. In any case, customers must provide a valid receipt issued byYUENYE WAREHOUSE(showing the purchase date) and it must be within the one-year warranty period, otherwise, it will not be accepted.
