one. Your order will be delivered by a local courier company., After order confirmation, delivery will take an additional 2-4 business days.

three. All estimated delivery dates and times are only our estimates. We will do our best to ship as early as possible, but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delays or failure to deliver.

Four. Upon receiving your order, please verify the goods and quantity immediately. Customers must count the types and quantities of the ordered goods with the delivery person in person. If a customer waives the right to count or inspect the goods in person, and any problems are discovered afterward, our company will not be responsible. We also do not accept any returns based on personal reasons.

five. Once the courier company has picked up the package, refunds are not accepted; only replacements are available. Replacement services are only applicable to goods that are not damaged by human error or delivered incorrectly.

Maintenance and repair:

  1. Damage caused by human factors, such as wear and tear, cracks, exposure to ultraviolet light (which is considered natural wear and tear), improper use, and negligence, is not covered by the warranty.
  1. All repaired items must be properly cleaned; any uncleaned items will not be accepted for inspection or repair.
  1. Products covered by the warranty terms have a one-year warranty period during which free repairs are provided. Products not covered by the warranty terms may be repaired if possible, but a repair fee will apply. Products that do not meet the warranty or repair requirements (such as damage caused by human error, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural wear and tear, failure to follow the instructions, or expired warranty period) are not covered under warranty.
