Shipping policy

Our company's free shipping service is limited to Hong Kong and Macau only.


Hong Kong:

  • Visitors/Allmembers are eligible for free shipping upon spending $500or more after discount.
  • You can also pick up your order in person at our San Po Kong store.


Macau:

  • Visitors/Allmembers are eligible for free shipping upon spending $500or more after discount.

Taiwan Region:

  • Free shipping policy does not apply to Taiwan region. Customers in Taiwan are required to pay for shipping and customs duties.
  • Taiwan customers must provide their real name, ID number, phone number and address on the payment page.

  • Some electronic products cannot be shipped to Taiwan. For individual products, please consult customer service via email.

 

Mainland China:

  • Free shipping policy does not apply to China region. Customers in Mainland China are required to pay for shipping and customs duties.
  • Mainland China customers must provide their ID number (need to contact customer service to provide a picture of the front and back of the ID card) and correct phone number and shipping address on the payment page.
  • The total value of the ordered goods must not exceed 800RMB, otherwise they cannot be shipped.

Shipping Arrangement:

Cut-off time is 4 PM daily, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped on the same day.

No shipments will be arranged on Sundays.



SF Express:


  • Estimated delivery within one to two business days after shipment from Hong Kong (delivery time to other regions may be longer). Actual delivery date is subject to SF Express delivery schedule.


  • Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. The customer is responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect address provided by the customer resulting in misdelivery.


  • The delivery area of all orders dispatched via SF Express is subject to SF Express's delivery coverage. Detailed information can be found on the official SF Express website.
