Refund/Exchange Arrangement

• Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the goods and quantity immediately. Customers must check the types and quantities of ordered goods with the delivery person in person. If the customer waives the right to check in person, and any problems are found with the goods afterwards, our company will not be responsible. We also do not accept any returns based on personal reasons.

• We do not accept refunds once the goods have left the premises, only exchanges. Exchange services are only applicable to goods that are not damaged by human factors or are incorrectly delivered.

• Ownership of the above goods remains with our company until the payment is cleared or the check is cleared.

• Returned or exchanged goods must retain the receipt, complete packaging, accessories, instructions, and warranty card(if applicable).

• All postage, courier fees, and related online payment handling fees incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

• If you have any questions,YUENYE INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED reserves the right of final decision .

• Warranty and Maintenance: Wear and tear caused by normal use, damage caused by incorrect use and human negligence are not covered by the warranty.
