  • Please ensure the product is packed securely and ready for collection. Any delay in returning the product may result in additional fees (details below).

4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
  • If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.
  • If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.

5. Late Returns

  • If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
  • The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.
  • If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

  • Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.

4. Receive appointment reminders

  • To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

5. Visit Us at the Store

  • On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
  • Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?

If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

Rentals of three days or more are free for both the rental period and return date (if the difference is paid online, it will be refunded upon equipment pickup).
